He has over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, helping clients from all walks of life to achieve their fitness goals. His specialty is helping clients first understand the science around our therapies then finding the right protocol to meet their needs.
AMANDA GAMBOA
Wellness Operations Manager, Amanda Gamboa RN is an experience registered nurse. During her career, she has served caring for patients in the emergency room and intensive care. Just prior to joining CryoFit, she worked transporting critical patients o an air ambulance. When Amanda is not working you can find her and her husband on the mat where they train and instruct Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Dr. Holland is a highly experienced Emergency Physician with an impressive 27-year tenure.
